Welcome to jll3. By accessing the jll3 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account while it is under your control.

Any attempt to exploit bugs, use prohibited software, engage in collusion, or manipulate outcomes through any means will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

General rules that apply to all promotions on jll3:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. New player offers are available to accounts that have not previously claimed a welcome bonus.

jll3 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jll3 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access due to a player's failure to safeguard credentials
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party payment provider delays
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by identity verification requirements or third-party banking processes

Nothing in these terms limits jll3's liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
